During the past few days, I completed the MHFA England® course, to become a Mental Health First Aider. My focus has been on educating myself especially about mental health & wellbeing in the workplace. It's crucial to address the myths & stigmas surrounding mental health, particularly in professional settings, to foster more inclusive environments. 🧠💚The course has significantly enhanced my knowledge, but I still have lots to learn! I plan to continue developing my knowledge about wellbeing at work & applying my learnings throughout my career. 🌱#MHFAEngland #MentalHealthAwareness #WorkplaceWellbeing

Over the bank holiday weekend, I had a fantastic time at Hay Festival 🏕️ Two days filled with sessions on Current Affairs, History & Books - a dreamy weekend 😍There were two standout sessions that surprisingly connected to my role:1️⃣ Attended a panel discussion on Humans Vs. AI with Madhumita Murgia Carissa Véliz Stuart Russell & David Runciman 💻. Delving into the positives of AI in Healthcare & the associated risks of AInespecially within democracy. The discussion even touched on the growth of AI in recruitment 👩💻.2️⃣ Dr Lucy Ryan in conversation with Dorothy Byrne about ‘Revolting Women’. They explored the trend of mid-life women leaving the corporate world & ways organizations can introduce inclusive practices to attract, retain, and develop this talent! 👩💼 Excited to dive into Lucy’s book 📚. #HayFestival #AI #Inclusivity #TalentDevelopment
