One more location that doesn’t seem to disappoint. The UPS Store is where it’s at, I tell ya. I’ve been to various stores for different services over the years including Amazon returns, faxing, notary and even biometric fingerprinting and photo identification. I also utilize the physical stores as access points for my deliveries whenever I anticipate I may not be home to receive a package. They’re always efficient and never eat up my time.

For those who rated this UPS below 5 have never been to another UPS. This place staffs 3-4 people at all times, they are quick and efficient and even polite, just for extra. I will drive to this UPS if I am anywhere nearby because the time I spend driving is worth the quick service once I get there.

My wife and I own a small business with a small budget and when we went to another unnamed printing store to print our flyers, they were going to charge us four times the amount that they did the previous time due to a “clerical error”.
Needless to say, we were distraught, and could not afford it, and as we were about to leave, a gentleman named Tim approached us in the parking lot and told us that he is the owner of the UPS store down the road, and that he would charge far less.
We went over to the UPS store and were greeted with smiles and great customer service and were able to print our flyers.
Tim went the extra mile to approach us and tell us that he could help us.
As a business owner, taking that extra step means everything and it says a lot about his integrity.
The printing/shipping business is a tough business, but if there is anyone who can do it correctly, it would be Tim and his crew over there at that store.
I will recommend them to everybody I know.

I went to have a document notarized the experiance was a breeze. The staff went above and beyond for me and provided exellent customer service. The Chase bank accross the street could learn for here

Great customer service. Only one issue, the place is a bit clogged right in the middle of the waiting or customer line aisle. The place is a bit small to have too many unnecessary items displayed. Hopefully management will clear the aisle and give us the consumer some space. Thank you.

Been coming to this location for years. Whether you need shipping, printing, copying, shredding, or more they have you covered. The owner Tim does a great job running the place. While there is a somewhat casual and laid back attitude the employees are nice, attentive, and helpful.
I've had a mailing box here for almost two years and never had a misplaced package once it arrived here. Notifications are prompt to let me know something came in. Sometimes when they see me in line they'll even check if I have any packages. Place gets pretty busy sometimes and service might appear slow then, but I like how they take the time to do a good job rather than just rushing people along.

I have a printer. Haven't bother to buy ink and figure it all out. They treat me VIP here. I ship so many packages and see them so often they are a great because my online business is something very few if anyone that personally knows me has a clue how much time & money I have been making for a few years now. So, it's awesome feeling I have a team that helps me. The owner & his son are fantastic. And, all the employees are really top notch. I had to stop at another store a few weeks ago. I could not believe how rude & unprofessional the owner of another store was to me. Was happy to be back into my regular store the next day with even more appreciation for my team. Thank you all for being so great ALWAYS! Oh and by the way about to see you in a few minutes!

Amazing service! Thanks to Tim who was able to multi task amd basically triage 7 customers at once! Not to mention he was so kind and personable with each and every customer have never had such a smooth process for fingerprinting

I have heard it said; a business is only as good as the people who work in it. That being said, my local UPS store is phenomenal! Starting from the top down, everyone there is very helpful and they seem to truly care about their customers needs. I had an excellent experience with Tim Curtis, the store manager there just recently. I had gone to the store to get copies of my resume printed. As soon as Tim realized the reason why I was there, not only did he quickly take care of the copies, but he also provided a ton of encouragement. It was greatly appreciated.... By the way, I got the job! 😎

As usual the staff here are extremely helpful. They take their time to help me understand and get everything I need done in a efficient manner. Mario & Ruth are a great team together and has had AMAZING customer service. Not just for me... but for everyone they helped. Tim, the best guy ever. Not the first time coming to the store and he is being always been sooo nice, patient and polite. He even ran to the door to open it for me and my baby and i dont get that a lot. I got a huge essembled grill, he got his tools with no thinking and helped me get a shipper box. Great, great costumer service. Definitelly reccomend this place and its staff specially him. Thanks again

They have a very helpful crew working here. I’ve been here a few times and always had a great customer experience. What really impressed me and why im writing this review is the experience my wife said she had there.
She came home to tell me about it. She came entered the ups store with our newborn baby in one hand and a very large pc monitor box in the other arm and was greeted by a gentleman expressing his concern and was eager to assist. He let her know that next time he would even come to the car to retrieve the box if she needed him to. He was very kind to her and he is always very kind to me when i go there. I’ve had nothing but good service and experience at this ups store, thank you.

I visit this location regularly and the employees were all wearing masks and social distancing to the best of their ability.
THIS STORE OFFERS CLASS A CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
After having a less than desirable experience with the older gentlemen employed there, I decided to give them another chance and again brought all my packages to be mailed......but I forgot to attach labels to ANY OF THEM! This store held onto my packages, even though they literally had no way of knowing who dropped them off. Almost a week later I realized what I had done to my shock & surprise they had held them. I emailed the mailing labels to the store and the associate attached them to my packages without making me come back in.
That level of concern and customer service is almost unheard of these days!!
I will say that during my first visit I too was shocked at the initial $3.00 charge to print one page, but the other side to this is that all pages after the 1st are just cents each and after getting upset I considered the time it takes for an employee to complete a print job and it’s fair. I do think that customers could be told up front.n

I looked up customer reviews of different UPS stores near Tampa airport and saw some terrific comments for this store. And I was truly rewarded for that choice. I had emptied a storage unit and needed to ship 15 boxes to myself on Cape Cod. Tim is a Repack King. He helped me re-sort the box contents and I ended up having to ship 10 boxes instead. He even held up the shipment several days so they would arrive on a specific day. I was so taken aback by the good service that I have to confess I forgot to leave him a tip. I know he didn't expect one but it would have been very well deserved. I wish all UPS stores were like this one.

Always very responsive and helpful. I've gone there 4 times. Once, when they were very busy, it took awhile but they always seemed willing to answer questions.

Was there on Saturday and the gentleman working there by himself was very nice considering how busy he was and only 5 minutes left till closing. Some folks came at exactly closing time and he did not turn them away. Great job !!
